These terms apply to retail purchases from Mum Where’s My Cards.
Mum Where’s My Cards is a trading name of:
South Thames Trading Company Ltd

Registered in England and Wales
Registered office: 66 Paul Street, London, England, EC2A 4NA

Products and descriptions
We take reasonable care to describe products accurately and show their condition clearly.
The condition of ungraded trading cards involves reasonable visual judgement. A condition description is not a promise that a card will receive a particular grade from a third-party grading company.
Where a product has already been professionally graded, the displayed grade is the opinion of the relevant grading company.
Product photographs form part of the description where they show the specific item being sold. Colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen.
Your statutory rights still apply if an item is faulty, damaged or not as described.
Prices and VAT
Prices are displayed in pounds sterling.
South Thames Trading Company Ltd is not currently registered for VAT. We therefore do not charge VAT or issue VAT invoices.
Delivery charges are shown separately before you complete your order.
Placing an order
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase the selected products. An automated order acknowledgement confirms that we received your order; it does not necessarily mean that we have accepted it.
A contract is formed when we confirm dispatch. If we cannot accept an order—for example, because stock is unavailable, payment cannot be authorised or an obvious pricing error occurred—we will notify you and refund any payment collected.
Payment
Payment must be made using one of the methods available at checkout. You confirm that you are authorised to use the selected payment method.
Delivery
Available delivery services, charges and estimated delivery periods are described in our Shipping Policy and displayed at checkout.
Responsibility for the goods passes to you when they are delivered to you or someone you nominated to receive them.
Cancellations and returns
Your cancellation, return and refund rights are explained in our Refund and Returns Policy. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.
Selling cards to us and consignment
These retail terms do not govern enquiries to sell cards to us or consign cards for sale.
Any purchase, consignment, commission, payment, storage, insurance or return arrangements relating to those services must be confirmed separately in writing before cards are sent or listed.
Website use
You must not misuse the website, attempt to interfere with its operation or use its content for unlawful purposes.
Unless otherwise stated, the website’s original branding, written content and design belong to South Thames Trading Company Ltd or are used with permission. Third-party trademarks and product names remain the property of their respective owners.
Our responsibility
We do not exclude or limit responsibility where doing so would be unlawful, including responsibility for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or your statutory consumer rights.
We are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed or for business losses arising from a consumer purchase.
Personal information
We process personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms when our services or legal obligations change. The terms applying to an order are those in effect when the order is placed.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the United Kingdom, you retain any mandatory protections provided by the law where you live.
