Mum Where’s My Cards currently delivers retail orders to United Kingdom addresses only.
Delivery options
The current delivery options are:
- UK Standard: £4.99, with an estimated delivery time of 3–5 business days.
- Free UK Standard delivery on qualifying orders of £50 or more.
- UK Express: £6.99, with an estimated delivery time of 1–2 business days.
The delivery options and charges shown at checkout apply to your order. Delivery periods are estimates rather than guaranteed arrival dates.
Unless we agree otherwise with you, orders will be delivered within 30 days.
Dispatch and tracking
We will send a dispatch confirmation when your order has been handed to the delivery provider. Tracking information will be included where it is available for the service used.
Delivery addresses
Please check that your delivery address is complete and correct before placing an order. Contact us immediately if you notice an error.
If an order is returned because an incorrect or incomplete address was supplied, we may ask you to pay the reasonable cost of redelivery.
Loss or damage during delivery
We remain responsible for an order until it is delivered to you or a person you nominated to receive it.
If an order is delayed, lost or arrives damaged, contact hello@mumwheresmycards.com with your order number. We will investigate the delivery and provide the appropriate remedy.
International delivery
International delivery is not currently available. Any future destinations, charges and estimated delivery periods will be displayed at checkout before an order is placed.
